SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Thank you for your purchase. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day.
We use the following courier services to dispatch items
Royal Mail Small Packets (2-3 working days)
DHL Large Parcels (2-3 working day)
Express shipping is available at checkout.
Shipments and deliveries occur on weekdays and Saturday. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Orders placed after 10am on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
Orders for larger items such as furniture are presently accepted only from customers residing in Northern Ireland. However, mainland UK and Southern Ireland residents interested in purchasing larger items are requested to Contact us for further information.
We offer free postage for orders over £100 to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland excluding larger items such as furniture unless previously agreed.
For items over 2kg in weight and/or over 450mm in length, a remote delivery surcharge of £5 will be applied to the following postcodes.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer most contact us before returning an item.
If the item has been damaged in transit or is faulty then we as the seller will cover the return cost.
If the item is no longer required/wrong item or size has been order then you as the buyer are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. We will issue a refund for the item value only (original postage costs will be deducted including free post items)
All return goods must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition with original packaging intact. Items returned outside of these conditions will be rejected and no refund will be given.
We will not accept returns of items that are detrimental to the Health and Safety of our employees.
Repairs and replacements
All items sold are covered under a one year warranty unless otherwise stated.
If an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty guarantee, the item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Right to cancel
Under the distance selling regulation the buyer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be returned to us within 14 days after after the initial return process has been initiated. A refund will then be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Special order items
Please note that we will not accept returns of items that have been specially ordered in or customised at the buyers request.
